Excellent store have everything! I love baby seccion and home decor š Modern style š beautiful stuff. Target has a beautiful patio set, grills, fire š„ pit and decorations. Great on online and delivered š š They have all you need for the house, health care, clothes and shoes for your family. The grocery, food and dairy products are really good. I can be hours inside the store shopping and looking around.
First I asked for a price check from one of the associates on the floor the young lady was unsuccessful. I found a kiosk and was able to self assist. Then it's time to check out and I'm not sure if the lady at self checkout was standing close by to peep my fashion style or if she thought I was trying to steal something as she was watching me like a hawk! Welcome to the new day where a woman like myself can afford herself a thing or two! Went into Earthbound, H&M, and Macy's no issues. TARGET GET IT TOGETHER!
Target overall is a nice, almost one stop shop. Has most everything you need. Two things though- employees rarely acknowledge you on the sales floor. And there is usually restocking boxes and carts all over. I guess they just expect you to maneuver around them.
Seems nice, but essentially its just a hallway I use to get to the mall. Though I try to keep my wife away at all costs, I suggest you do the same. Also I'm still trying to understand how my mother in law can "need to go to target" 6 out of 7 days a week.
Shelves were pretty bare in beauty department but the customer service person I spoke with helped me a lot and was very very nice. She was able to find my product with ease and didnāt seem upset to help.
Went today with a friend to purchase an Apple Watch which was on sale on the target App. When we went to the cashier Libby we were told that the Apple Watch wasnāt able to be lowered even though we had the exact same Apple Watch offer open in the app. We even showed her the target app which had the offer pulled up. She still insisted that she couldnāt find it then she called over another associate. McKenna came over and she didnāt even acknowledge us and when we tried talking to her about the offer she ignored us and kept tell Libby that she couldnāt honor it. She told us that she couldnāt help us and that we would have to order online. After all the hassle we went to Best Buy and they price matched without any issue
I love the quality of the items, the store has a big selection of products and you can do in store shopping, curbside pickup, in store pickup or get your stuff delivered to your house. Highly recommend.
It's always a challenge to find any motorized carts in this location, and if you do, then how do you expect people who have disabilities or different needs to get around if they are all dead or not plugged in?
My biggest complaint had to deal with Renee of Holyoke in the electronics department (I'm not sure if that's her department). It's right next to the book section, and I was curious as to whether they had a particular book in stock as I didn't see it on the shelves and they don't mark the aisle numbers in this area. She automatically had a dismal attitude when asking me if it was an anime book and asked if I'd looked and brought me over to the section and was like "well, if its here, it would be here". Then I was kind of trying to quickly end the conversation and leave since she wasn't seeming like she particularly wanted to help. She asked well what the dpci or something like that with an eye roll, and I'm sorry, but its a bit off putting when people of any job say their work specific words and assume what people know what you're talking about. Then she was like well it's discontinued so we won't get anymore. Never mind that it said there were 2 in stock at this location. I honestly just wanted to leave the area and let it be. She was just that unfriendly and not helpful. I don't mind being told this information since I'd already heard it at a different store, but try to make it so that your employees don't cop attitudes and make your customers or anyone feel stupid for asking them a question.
I love this store but they should remodel the bathrooms. One of the best stores and the bathroom is terrible.
